The clean logo approach plays the pure drop of quality which has been the outcome of over three decades of hardwork, brand-trust and legacy. The outward P reflects the rotomolding process while the small drop signifies the refined brand mark of purity. The overall logo design displays a minimalistic, modern and international appeal.

The Foundation

Founded with a vision to deliver quality roto-moulded solutions to India, Piyush Rotomac began by manufacturing handcrafted sheet-metal moulds for local rotomoulders. From day one, the focus was on accuracy, superior welding quality, and flawless finishing.

1995
Early Manufacturing
Expansion

We began supplying moulds to small and medium Indian manufacturers, completing our first export and building a reputation for durable moulds and timely delivery.

2000
Transition to Full-Fledged Mold Manufacturing

By standardizing fabrication, assembly, balancing, and finishing, we expanded into larger multi-part mould projects for high-volume rotomoulders. This engineered reliability opened international markets and increased export enquiries.

2005
Specialisation & Capacity Growth

We strengthened fabrication with bigger bending machines, advanced welding systems, and improved polishing standards, enabling production of large tank moulds and complex multi-part designs. We mastered intricate geometries and deep-draw shapes with high precision.

2010
Introduction of Advanced Machinery

Accuracy and repeatability improved significantly with upgrades to CNC machining, plasma cutting, and precision tooling.

2015
Scaling Up

Output capacity increased to manage 10–20 simultaneous mould projects.
